About CBGE

CBGE Communities Pvt.Ltd is a Odisha based start up promoted by a team of global professionals of Odisha origin assembled to bring the entire Odia community on a digital platform in form of a Global Directory for Persons of Odisha Origin. As a pilot project, we have adoptedSundargarh district as the 1st district in Odisha to launch the District Citizens Directory in digital format. The digital directory is a tech project and will facilitate every digital opportunity to the members listed in its platform with connectivity to all the stakeholders in the district and outside world. One of the key aspects is to bring all citizens to a virtual platform in an organized manner.

ROLL OUT ARCHITECTURE

Last Mile Communication Ecosystem :

  1. CBGE will bring each hamlet, colony, society, concentration, apartment under a WhatsApp group with admin control. Citizens with android mobile phones are the most minimum requisite to bring them under a WhatsApp group. The ward member of the location to be a co-admin along with past ward members having admin facility. CBGE will be the creator of the group and provide an admin or coordinator for every panchayat or ward under a municipality in a phase wise manner.
    1. CBGE coordinators will interact with the members in the WhatsApp groups and devise standardized programs as follows ( apart from special requests) to connect to all stakeholders in video conferencing formats.
      1. Last Mile Broadcast Network in the District. Every member can post their need or information seeking a sale or purchase or diverse services and the same can be broadcast to every individual smart fone holder within the CBGE network in the district.

 

      1. Government Communications. Webinars with District Administration officials to broadcast the government scheme details for the district in a two way communication system in the video format. Also broadcast of government schemes and developmental activities through the watsapp network.

 

      1. Digital Health Programs with health officials in the district administration as well as medical personnel from all over the world to facilitate the best medical practitioners on schedule days.

 

      1. Educational Programs. Online Video Meetings with education professionals from government and private institutions in the district as well as from any location that may be requested and arranged for the session by CBGE.

 

      1. Digital Market Place. All markets and mandis whether small or big in the entire district to be connected providing an window for buying and selling of agri produce for farmers. This will also provide window for traders, buyers and end users to interact in a single platform directly with the producers.

 

    1. Enterprise Ecosystem.Entrepreneurship sessions to educate the entrepreneurs and budding entrepreneurs to get online learnings as well as handholding support to start their own venture as well as help existing entrepreneurs to grow in the system.

District Citizens Directory

This is part of the Global Directory initiative which CBGE is proposing to launch globally in a pilot mode in select countries in the pilot phase. The process will be as follows :

  1. CBGE team will reach out and handhold at village and ward level in different panchayats and colonies in municipal ward level to prepare the profile of the citizens who need support to onboard the digital directory.
  1. The website of CBGE will have its self on-boarding facility for any citizen in the district residing or non resident .
  1. The district citizens directory will be an interactive tool to connect, communicate and collaborate intra district, inter district as well as outside the state .
  1. All communications material and broadcast will be synchronized as in the broadcast network established in the watsapp groups and video conferencing.
  1. The Directory will connect the global fraternity belonging to the district and facilitate an enterprise ecosystem for the district.
  1. The District Citizens Directory will have E-Commerce facility for its members to enter into all forms of business activities permitted under law of the land.
